I'm wondering if I might have missed it due to the language difference. Does GPU, CPU, Motherboard, CPU Cooler, etc., all being the same brand, affect performance? For example, Gigabyte brand AMD processor, Gigabyte brand AMD graphics card and Gigabyte brand AMD motherboard...?

I chose Zorin Pro because a UA-cam review showed the install was easy, I wanted the pre installed curated software and I wanted to support the Zorin team. I wanted something that I could use immediately and then gradually learn about the Linux world. It worked out better than expected. I stopped dual booting within a couple of weeks - and that was just to copy files over - not to use any apps. Zorin made the switch from windows smooth and quick. I left windows because of the increasing amount of ads, background processes and pop ups.

My son had same issues which I contacted support and nothing was done about it but I was told by a friend to reach out to *zspynerd* which I did and he helped me in fixing mine and it's working perfectly fine

I am having issues with my mother boards sound and Linux Mint the issue is with Realtek ALC892 as my Asus ZR-170 ar has that ship set for sound.. I am also having issues with HDR support. How's Zorin with those items? Maybe worth getting a copy and just try and see if it helps. I see also you're a gamer and loaded Steam, how's it working with gaming? Thanks for your help.

Everyone I know who uses opensuse uses kde plasma, because that's the default DE and their particular implementation of plasma is really good. I feel you've done a disservice when showing the benefits of opensuse without using the most typical usecase. Half of your criticisms were gnome specific

I do wish that there were more color options in Accent Colors--if there were, then I'd be extremely tempted to try it. I'll be interested in Zorin OS 18--perhaps more options will be made available.

Is the Zorin os Steam friendly?

I am currently using an Apple Watch. I am considering a Garmin Venu 3. I hope the voice automation will work well. The biggest reason to change from Apple Watch is battery life. I have had the Apple Watch need a charge up to 3 times per day. Normally it will last just over a full day. Thanks for your video.

Just installed Zorin OS 17 Pro last night on my ASUS ROG Strix G17 (2022) and finally got rid of Windows 11 and my disdain for Microsoft OS''s - only Distro that worked with my wifi adapter.

I get more done with Linux Mint... Zorin will be replaced with Pop OS so I can develop my websites and coding Projects..

Interesting going with gnome on open suse. Part of the reason i love open suse is because it treats kde plasma lime a first class citizen. Plasma 6 is a dream

A C-note a year is a fair price for 3 valuable services. I have been free of non-Linux OSes for 16 years. So having to roll the clock back to 2008 to load, learn, and use something other than my EndeavourOS, Manjaro, and Mint is a deal-breaker. Sorry DuckDuckGo, but I'll keep watching for an opportunity to be a strong advocate for ethical products like yours that really care about the customers.

yesterday I install zorin, it works very smooth and fast, performance is great, my laptop specs are i5 8 gen, nvidia mx150 8 gb ram I use this for coding using pycharm which is a heavy ide, and it work great
